WHO WE ARE?
MÁXIMA BIENESTAR was established in 2022 under the leadership of Olga Shcherbakova, a Russian entrepreneur based in Spain. She was born in 1990 in Orenburg, a city located in southern Russia. In 1993, she moved to Moscow with her parents and completed her basic education there. Later on, she obtained two university degrees in Tourism (Russian State University of Tourism) and Engineering, specializing in garden construction and landscape design (Peoples' Friendship University of Russia).
After finishing her studies in Moscow, Olga moved to Alicante, Spain, where she earned a Master's degree in Tourism Management and Planning from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Alicante. From 2016 to 2021, she worked in the International Marketing Department at the Balneario de Archena in Murcia as a coordinator, interpreter, and organizer of tourist stays and holidays.
In 2017, she successfully defended her master thesis, specializing in thermal tourism in Spain. From 2020-2021, she trained as an Expert in Event Organization, Protocol, and Communication at the Miguel Hernández University's IMEP (Elche). In 2021, she moved to Madrid, where she founded MÁXIMA BIENESTAR. Today, the company is known for providing an exceptional thermal experience to clients and is considered a guarantee of success in this field.
